I petitioned my father and filed I485, I130, I765 together.He is already in the U.S and he falls under the category of 245 i. Priority date Nov 16, 2016. He had biometrics done in Jan 2017, received EAD in Feb. USCIS website says NBC is working on case. Anyone know how much longer until I hear any news for an interview or if his AOS is approved? it has been 7 months since filed getting inpatient -_-
