Hello All,
I’ve been following this forum religiously for last few months and wanted to contribute in any way I can.
We had our interview in Chicago on Feb 24th. The status changed to card approved yesterday. This is family based spouse of US citizen.
We got an IO who was very friendly and unorthodox. Our I-130 was already approved, so he said he was mainly concerned with yes or no questions. He did not even want to look at my file that I prepared for over 3 weeks. He just asked the yes/no questions from I-485.
Since the biometric system was temporarily down, he said he would approve the case as soon as it came up.

January 22, 2021 We scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
July 9, 2020 We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview.
July 6, 2020 We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
April 9, 2020 We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
March 17, 2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken.
February 27, 2020 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.
February 20, 2020 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
