AOS experience thus far!
Hi! I am the petitioner for my husband for marriage based green card. We did the paperwork ourselves with no lawyer. Here is our time line for AOS so far for those who are curious!

filed i-485, i-130, i-765 & i-131 together

10/11/16- Package sent; two day shipping
10/13/16- Delivered to Chicago lockbox (priority date)
10/27/16- Received 4 texts at 11:40pm stating they are processing our case
10/31/16- Received NOA in mail
11/4/16- Received biometrics letter in mail
11/9/16- Online status for i-485 changed to "Sent RFE on 11/9" :(
11/14/16- Biometrics done & also received RFE in mail (Obtain joint sponsor)
11/15/16- Sent RFE response in mail; two day shipping
11/17/16- RFE delivered
11/18/16- Online status for i-485 changed to "USCIS received RFE"
12/5/16- Online status for i-485 changed to "Case ready to be scheduled for interview"!

Other applications status online still remains the same.. Now just waiting for update on EAD.. I know after an RFE it sets that timeline back to 0 but I'm hopeful that it won't delay long for us.

Anyone else receive an RFE and did not really have any effect on EAD timeline? Curious to hear other's experiences :)
