Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi everyone!

I have been looking at this site for many months trying to see possible timelines for families... mainly parents. I hope our timeline helps those who are looking for hope.

My timeline for my parent is as follows:

Mil PIP PD: Mar 22, 2019
Mil PIP biometrics: Can't remember... April 2019, maybe.
Mil PIP Approved: June 4, 2019

Entire AOS packet sent in:
I-485, I-864, I-693, I-130, I-765 PD: August 7, 2019 (Chicago Office)
Biometrics: September 4, 2019
Request for Initial Evidence (translated Birth Certificate): March 4, 2020
Request for Initial Evidence Received: March 13, 2020
I-765 Approved April 21, 2020
I-765 Work Authorization Card Delivered April 24, 2020 (not a combo card)
I-130 Request for Case Inquiry: End of March 2020
I-130 Answer for Request for Case Inquiry: May 5, 2020
I-130 Approved: May 8, 2020
I-485 Request for Case Inquiry: July 6, 2020
I-485 Request for Case Inquiry Assigned to Officer and Answered: July, 9, 2020
I-485 Approved: July 20, 2020
I-485 Approved again: July 23, 2020, not sure why.

Awaiting Approval receipt and green card shortly afterwards.

It looks like no interview. Praying we get the green card soon.

I hope this helps some of you. I was afraid to submit a case inquiry for I-485, but did it a few weeks ago while praying it wasn't a rude move.

I filled on my own through my own research. I will answer what I can since I only know my own family's situation.
