Hello everybody,
I hope everybody is well during this quarantine.
I have a question, if anyone can help me ...
2 days ago, my case was update to "interview ready to be schedule", today I receive a courtesy letter saying:
"An initial review of evidence submitted with your Form I-485, AOS, determined that the evidence submitted with your application is deficient for the following reason:
the civil surgeon certified the exam more than 60 days before the date the applicant filed the form I-485. You will be required to submit information and evidence to address these deficiencies"
but I did my medical just before I send my application, so I know it was in between the 60 days, is anyone has a similar case ?
do I have to pay again for a medical ?
