Hello everyone,
Here are my case details:
Marriaged-based petition to GC spouse with Child US Citizen born in 2016
I 130 filed June 2016 - Priority date
Visa number current in October bulletin 2017
I 485, 765 and 131 Application received October 2017.
Fingerprints /Biometrics: Completed November 2017
Silence from USCCS until July 17, 2018 (after 2 service requests, senator inquiry, ombudsman assistance).
Case update: July 2018 - Ready to schedule interview.
I have not received EAD/Advance parole from USCIS since October 2017 filing. No RFE received.
My current work permit/OPT F1 visa expired June 2018. So cannot work. Have a son 2 year old.
Any idea when USCIS will schedule my interview in Baltimore MD? How long between that status change - Ready to schedule interview to actual interview notice? Please share your experience.
I gave up on my EAD/Advance parole and stopped contacting USCIS.Will be content with a GC interview.
