I have an observation...wouldn't know if someone else noticed it.. 95% of Interviews conducted by ladies are being approved on the spot or few days after. But interviews conducted by a man/men don't get approved on the spot, that is when case goes under review for weeks and months.
I figured that out from people's experiences on this forum and from people who already done the interview and been approved.
