AOS package resubmission
Hi everyone,
Hope you all are staying safe and healthy.
So as expected USCIS rejected the AOS package application for my minor sons (see previous post for more explanation) because we missed to include the I-944 form, so yes they do require I-944 even for minor. Now we are about to resubmit all the package again that time with the I-944 and I have a question.
USCIS reorganized all the documents the way we submitted them the first time, now I am confused whether or not I should reorganize them again the same way as before or just include I-944 and let them the way USCIS has reorganized them?
Please advice, and thank you for your answers.
