hello everyone. I have a question. I'm F2A category adjusting from B2 tourist visa. Do i have to be in status at the time of filing, or all the way through the process? Becouse if i stay here i will be out of status after 6 months,and the process is longer than 6 months. Some tell me i have to be in status at the time of filing, and some others say i have to extend my visa. Thank you.
