AOS re: I-765 RFE
Hi All !
I just got a RFE for " Intial Evidence" regarding my I-765
it states that they need my marriage certificate and " If you have changed your legal name through the prevailing common law in your state of residence please provide evidence ..."
I have not changed my name through the Social Security office because I would have a mix match of documents and they would not match my DACA work permit and I read if i changed my name on my social i would have to apply for a replacement for my permit through my DACA.
I thought I would wait to get my new card through this process since it will have my new last name and then go change everything.
Has anyone changed their name already before getting a new work permit through AOS and is on DACA??
