AP traveling
Hi friends, you guys are just awesome. I would like to ask a question about AP traveling.
PD for EB1: 22nd July 2016
Biometrics: 30th August 2016
Received AP: 12th January 2017 (it's late as I forgot to provide pictures). I didn't receive a card, and got two same papers (travel document). I think it's because I didn't apply EAD.
I didn't apply EAD, as I have my opt card which will be expired 24th March 2017
My question is I want to go home for two months for a training camp and competition. Is it ok to use AP to travel while I'm still waiting for the i485? I will be back two days before the opt expired, would that affect me? If I receive my green card during the travelling, do I need to show the green card I or AP traveling document when I'm back?
