Appeal
After both i-130& i-485 was denied our lawyer advising us to appeal. Appeal decision on i-130 and then open motion to reconsider for i-485. I thought it was not option for us and we need to refile later on. But our lawyer saying that our chances very good and he saying that the case shouldn't be denied as we have a lot proofs and go for appeal. For the record, USCIS denial letter saying that they admitting that we have a lot proofs of bonafide marriage but they cannot trust testimony of our landlady as she admitting to lie to protect our family. That's why they can't approve our application. Has anybody deal with appeals? Any thoughts?
