Application Rejected for missing I-944

I hope everyone is staying safe an healthy.
So my sons I-485 application have been rejected because we did not sent the I-944. My bad for thinking since they are minors they would not need to go through that form. My question now is how do I prove to USCIS that they don't have a credit report or credit score since they don't even have a SSN.
