Hey guys the day has finally come and I'm sharing my experience and timeline to hopefully give others hope. It's been an emotional rollercoaster and although it wasn't easy, I believe everything happens for a reason. Sometimes we don't understand those reasons but just keep your head up and try to stay as positive and patient as possible.

Long story short on August 2015 I ended up getting caught up with ICE and placed on removal proceedings. I was given a court date for the following year (Sept 2016). On March 2016 I married the girl I was dating before all of this mess started. She is an US Citizen. We were having a hard time coming up with money for a lawyer so we decided to go without one with the help of an amazing paralegal. On my first immigration court I showed up with my marriage certificate and I-130 receipt, the judge 'admin close' my case so I could fix my status through USCIS instead. So we went ahead and filed everything else.

Interview on 06/04/2019
 - Interview went great, officer was about to approve my green card but realized my case was still in "admin close" status with the immigration court.Officer advised me to go back to the judge and ask to have my case terminated. USCIS admin closed my case as well so I could come back whenever I had termination.

I-765 2nd EAD renewal accepted - 07/03/2019

-Motions to court were sent. 10/19
-Judge approved termination. 12/19
-Sent reopening letter to local USCIS. 01/20

Didn't hear back for awhile.

Beginning of April 2020 I called the 800 number, tier 2 officer submitted an "escalation" to local uscis to make sure they received my reopening letter.
Next day I received a call from local uscis office and was told I needed to schedule an infopass appointment to personally bring proof of termination from judge. At that point all offices had been closed due to COVID. Nothing to do but wait for offices to reopen.

Couple weeks later I wake up to a case status update and timeline continues:
