Are processing times for citizens only?
Are the processing times shown on USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) for relatives of US citizens only or do they apply to all (relatives of LPR and US citizens). I applied for AoS based on marriage to LPR, and waiting for my EAD. Will the processing time for NBC (EAD) apply to me for will my case take much longer because my spouse is LPR
