Arrest after biometric
Hey guys
Appreciate if anyone has an answer to my question. I got arrested for possession of my own prescription drug and have to fight this in the court and go to trial.
This happened six months after I done my bio for i751.
Do you think this will be issue once it is my turn to adjudicate my pending application or probably the background check was completed shortly after the biometric was was taken?
I am not worried about being convicted because I have not done anything wrong it is just the court system is so slow and going for trial takes years I’m just wondering if my case will be held in abeyance?
