Hi All
I am an Aug 1st filer in Vermont (L2 married to a L1) and still don't have my EAD. Replied to a RFE since Jan 21st and it's almost 60 days and yet no response. It breaks my heart, even though I am happy for you too, that some people filing almost identical requests as late as december see their cases approved.
Is anyone else in a similar situation? What should one expect? Doing some research in this and other trackers I've seen people getting responses to RFE in around one month.
