Automatic Visa Revalidation (AVR) to enter the US
Hi All - I am currently residing and working in the US. I am planning to visit Canada multiple times over the next few months. Currently, I don't have a valid/unexpired H1B visa stamp in my passport but I have an I-797/I-94 valid till March 2025. Also, I have an H1B visa appointment booked at the US embassy in India in January 2023.
Therefore, I just wanted to ask, Would I still be able to use AVR to enter the US with my H1B visa appointment booked at the US embassy?
(Reason for asking this, I've read somewhere in the past, if someone has a visa appointment booked at the US embassy, then a person can not use AVR)
