Hi everyone,
I'm on the journey for employment based gc. My PD was June 2019, but there was an rfe due to missing signature. I have sent back all the documents, and I got the receipt with a date
august 1, 2019. I have been waiting my biometric appointment but nothing yet. My I-140 got approved last month, but I still didnt get a date for biometrics, and no ead card yet. Yesterday I got a notice my file being transferred to another office.
Has anyone same situation like me waiting on biometrics for 4 months? Thanks
