Hello everyone
Am a b1 visa holder who will be out of status in a few weeks i married a US citizen last month she plans on filing for me in a few days please we need some advice on the documentaion we should file together with the application forms.when filling in do we need to send all the evidence together with the application forms? We recently openend a joint bank account together though am not working at the moment so basically its her pay check which goes in only and we not paying rent since we staying in her mums apartment so no lease to our names.
We planing on filling for
1.adjust of status
2.EAD
3 advanced parole
Please any advise on what else we can file in together with the listed above will be appreciated and the proof i need for everthing and when should i send the proof thanks in advance.
