B1 Visa - Granted for working Parents
My parents applied for a B1 visa. Both of them were working. We prepared ourselves with all the documents mentioned on the immihelp site and US consulate website.

Financial :

On D-156 my parents had mentioned that they would be paying of the trip themselves. But in addition I had send them the letter of support and I-134 incase the officer were to say their funds were insufficient.

They also had credit card statments indicating the Credit Limit to show financial Support.

Ties with India :

They showed their employment letter and leave letter. They also had round trip tickets and a list of places they had planned to visit in the US.

Interview questions :

1. What places do you plan to visit ?
2. Are you still working ?
3. How long do you plan to be there.

The did not require to show any of my documents of support and were granted visa.
