I and my wife appeared for interview on 15th july 2015 morning 09.45 am but refused B1 B2 Visa
questions asked:
Both (me and wife): Good morning
VO: Didn't replied
VO: (in Hindi): why u want to go to US
Me: Tourism and travelling (in English)
VO: Have you ever visited outside India
Me: No (brief reply)
VO: What do you do?
Me: Replied accordingly
VO: Are you married
Me: Yes
VO: How many children?
Me: Two, One boy one Girl
VO: Are they going with you
Me: No they will stay back in India
VO to wife: What is you date of marriage.
Wife: replied accordingly
VO: What do you do
Wife: I am working in a Company.......(pause for 3 seconds, hesitant) then replied company name, and so and so is my job responsibility
VO to me: How long you have been working in your current job
Me: first 12 years.......she with a little surprise repeated....12 yearssssssssss.....
(i said sorry could you repeat the question, as due to stressing her on 12 yrs.... i thought i have listened wrong question may be she is asking how long you will stay in US)
VO (again): How long you have been working in your current job
Me (this time): Mam its 12 yrs only.
VO: You never ever visited outside India ever.
Me: Mam, in India i have covered almost all major places, now i am planning to visit US
VO: started typing something on computer.........and handed our passports back with a letter 214 (b)
Me: Mam, Can i know the reason
VO: Rules are getting pretty strict nowadays, and everything is mentioned in the letter given to you,...pls go through it.
My question is my interview goes well still refused don't know why.....opted Hindi language for interview but replied every question in English.............Don't know where we went wrong......
