Thanks immihelp for flourishing with valuable information about B1/B2 visa interview, My elder brother’s VISA got approved today (19-8-2014) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, he just follow this website and read various case scenarios. He applied for B1/B2 visa as he wanted to attend an event related to his field in US.

Manuscript as follows:-

Bro: Good morning Sir. ( I handed over the passport along with the employment letter and bank statement in a white plastic folder these documents were arranged by another officer who took finger scan)
VO: Good morning.

VO: Do you want to visit this YYYY event ? (While looking into the computer)
Bro: Yes

VO: How long you are in Saudi Arabia?
Bro: X years

VO: Are you working for full time with this company?
Bro: Yes

VO: How did u know about this event, who advised you?
Bro: last year one of my team member have attended YYYY event in Chicago and he said it was a remarkable experience and it's a must visit.

VO: Who is sponsoring your visit?
Bro: Self sponsored (VO officer looked at bank statements and bank certificate)

VO: What is your annual salary?
Bro: ZZZ

VO: How is this event helpful to you ?
Bro: Answered (exact to the point)

After this VO was continuously typing something for 15-20 seconds.

Then he said your "VISA IS APPROVED" and you will receive the pp within 5 working days.

I said THANK YOU Sir and left.
