Hello everyone,
I have applied for b1/b2 visa for myself and my daughter (23 months old). We have our visa interview in 2 days.
My husband is in US and has L1 visa. Couldn’t apply for L2 visa as his company doesn’t file SSN and income tax return in US for short visits such as 3 months. We will be going to visit him there for 20 days.
My husband will be sponsoring our trip and the same has been mentioned in the DS-160. I am a housewife now and was working before I got pregnant. And I have mentioned my work history as well in the DS-160.
I live in a joint family with my in-laws and they own the property here.
I have my brother living in the US for past 4 years now and he is on student visa. His company has applied for H1B visa and yet to get the visa approved.Have mentioned his contact information in DS-160.
I would like to know what are the chances of us getting the visitors visa and how can I show strong social ties to my country?
