Visitor Visa - B2

Biometric day: 30Sep 2016
On passport: Surname-XX Given Name-YY
but i filled in DS160 Surname:XX Given Name: YY ZZ
here ZZ is ny fathers name. But on passport that is not availabe so asked me for correction and after doing correction I submitter Bio Metric.

Is this a cause for rejection?

Now, Interview day, 3 Oct 2016

Me: Good Morning Madam
VO: (No smile, no good morning) Give me your passport and What's your name?
Me: I am XX YY, Please take this Passport
VO: Where are you going?
Me: Grass Lake, Michigan
VO: What's the purpose of visit?
Me: I am going for a business meeting.
VO: Do you have any travel history?
Me: No, Its my first time.
VO; What is your relative experience with current company?
Me: 3 months
VO: Why company is sending junior person instead of others?
Me; I am the only one who looks after this measurement activities in India and I am having 3 years of relative experience in prior to this company.
VO: What is your salary per month?
Me: -- thousand.
VO: Sorry, This time I don't think you are eligible,Please carry your Passport.

Please comment your replies and causes for rejection.

Can I apply at Chennai Location? Earlier I have applied at Mumbai but now I am at our Chennai plant so Can I apply here?

Is less current experience ans salary matters? While all expenses are paid by company.

If in DS160 we write 'YES' to tab of do you have specific travel plan? then will there be a question for asking travel tickets and hotel bookings?
