B1/B2 Visitor Visa Parents + Minor Brother
Hello all,

I work at Amazon here in Seattle, WA. I applied for visitor visa to bring my parents to a work event and though it would be also a great experience for my 12 year old (adopted) brother.

My dad is retired and my mom is a housewife.

Length of stay: 3 months
Type: B1/B2

Here is how the interview went according to my parents:

They only asked three questions from my Dad:

Why do you want to go to U.S.

How is paying for the trip

At the end give them a yellow letter with 214 b rejection. I quickly went to check their ceac numbers online and found that my brother was refused and mom and Dad was still under application received which led me to believe that their application was denied because of my brother. Also, the VO never interviewed my mom.

I am planning to re-apply alone just my parents and please shoot your ideas and analysis on this.

Thank you,
