I applied for my parents . I am already in USA on H1-B visa in America company. Interview was on 12/12/2017.

My father handover whole file which I sent from here, having my H1-B copy, ID card, ITR and salary slips.
Visa Officer checked and said "You VISA Approved."
All I want to say, if you are sponsoring your parents/relatives, send them your document as much as you can. I took printout of mine and send them via my friend to my parents.
