Visitor Visa - B2

hi folks,

my mother had B2 visa intrvw,but she didnt get it,
the VO rejected my mom and he gave the 214(b),if my mom apply apply again is there any posibilites to get the B2????

The VO asked these questions to my mom

1) where is your dauther and son-in-law in the US?
A) scranton

2)how much time u want to stay in US?
A) 6months

3)why do u want stay 6months?
A)cause US is the big country and thatswhy it will take time to see the places

4)what do u want to see?
A)Nayagar falls and i dont know,my son in law knows.................

5)how many childrens do u have?

A)two

6)what are they doing?

A)answer them

7)what is your son doing?

A)MCA

8)what is MCA?

A)i dont know

and VO says iam sorry and he gave 214b
