Visitor Visa - B2

I appeared for B2 visa today and within 5 minutes my dreams got shattered. I took lot of pain in preparing the documents for 2 long months :-(

My Background:

I am unmarried and completed my MBA in 2009 and presently working in junior mgmt level in a good company. My brother is on L1 for the past 2 years. He had sent all the necessary documents including i-134. From my side i prepared strong documents and i have valid reason to come back to india. we own a home in india and i live with my mother and other brothers.

My interview:

Officer: Good morning
Myself: Good morning sir
Officer: can i have your passport and other documents?
Myself: yes sir
officer: please put your right index finger impression
myself: i did
Officer: why do u want to go to the usa ?
Myself: I am going for a vacation & toursim purpose and to meet my brother in USA
officer: where does ur bro live ?
myself: xxx location
officer: how long he lives there ?
myself: 2 years
officer: why are u visiting him after 2 years ?
myself: I got my leave sanctioned this year. so i decided to go there (i think i made a mistake here.. i shud have told that i have been studying and joined company last year.. plz comment ??)
officer: How long u have been working with your company ?
myself: 1 year and 2 months
officer: sorry sir, we cannot grant you a visa.. he gave me 214b and returned my passport.

Guys, Please help.. i am thinking of reapplying again in this month itself.. is it a good idea ?? or what shud i wait??

please help me on what shud i do for getting it done.
