B2 Visa in Nepal

Your help is greatly appreciated!
I am an American citizen currently living in Nepal. I have a Nepali girlfriend who I think could be the one. I would like her to visit my family in California this summer on a B2 visa. If things go well, we will apply for a Fiance Visa next Fall.
We are both employed in Nepal as teachers with two year contracts, and my roundtrip airfare for the summer is already booked. We plan to be in the US for 6 weeks and then return to Nepal to our jobs.
A few questions on the B2 visa process:
1. Will I be able to go to interview with her? If so, which documents are most important to show on my end?
2. How will they view our relationship? Is it better to cite our relationship as a reason for her to visit the US to meet my family or downplay our relationship lest they think we would pursue a marriage of convenience?
3. How important is her monthly income and experience at current job? For example, will she have a better chance if she has a higher income and more experience at her current job?
4. Overall, what are the major factors that shape their decision?
