B2 Visitor Visa help
Hello everyone!

I recently submitted my DS 160 and got a date for both my interview and more information requiered from me (finger prints, picture, etc.) and as many people I am very nervous, people I personally know and even my parents have told me it is very difficult for a visa to be accepted and I would like some advice from people who have already gone through this process. My situation is:

I am an 18 year old boy who lives in Mexico, I am on summer break but by the time of my interview I would be going to a college I applied to and entered to, My father is the person who will be paying for my trip and I made sure to make this clear in my DS 160, he has a great job with really good income, my mom is a teacher in a public school in Mexico. I do not have any relatives in the US .

Here is where it gets complicated from what I have heard. I want to stay in the US for 1 month, more specifically in Luisiana, New Orleans with a friend I met online, we have been friends for over half a year now, Its a girl, she lives at her grandparents house alongside her sister, and I plan on staying at her house, We are just friends, We decided it would be cool for me to visit the states (I have never been to the states before) and she could show me around.

Like I said before I have my life in Mexico city and I do not plan on staying in the states, I am just nervous my visa could be rejected, this trip is really important, it is the month of both our birthdays and we are good friends.

I would really appreciate any advice, to prove and better my chances of obtaining this turist visa.
