I asking this question for my friend, she went to interview las Jun 2019 and didn't get approve on spot. Her case status says [ case must be review]
When She call and spoke with tiler 2 officer, He says the case is hold for background check.
My question is:
When USCIS do the background check , do They run the check from FBI and DHS files only
or
They do a broad check from your country of origin { your home country] ?
If you know the answer please share .
