Hello Everyone
Does anyone knows if it is imperative to get an ID from the state where the case is being filed? Is this a major thing in the background check in order for them to make a decision?
I have an ID from another state but i am filing in Florida. I had my interview but still no decision yet. I heard that when they do a background check on me i will not show in the Florida registry. Is this something to worry about?
