Bad news need help
Hi friends I been this forum long time. I have applied for AOS November 2016. my spouse is green card holder so need to be wait couple of months to become available of visa. Now I'm on F1 status today they terminated me the reason I can't have two status while pending green card application. That's why I didn't enroll last semester. Is there any problem when I go for interview and they will see I'm out of status . Please anyone have previous experience put some comments.
