Can we rely on field office processing time by USCIS?
For Baltimore its showing 2/28/2017
But I know somebody that FP was 2/11/2017 and interview 8/20/2017( more than 6 months ago)
So is it possible they didnt do any thing in this period!
My Fp 10/17/2017 no changes after that (CASE WAS RECEIVED)
