I am still waiting for the decision all Background clean no worries on that area I am only worried USCIS required or may require after 15-month new Biometrics I am wondering my 15 months will complete 02/05/2019 and 120 days complete 02/16/2019 for decision. anyone have similar experience or knowledge who received the decision between 90 days to 120 days and Biometrics time over 15 months and they attended the oath with outdoing 2nd Biometrics round Please advise. Thank you
