Big OOPS!!!
On 7/5/17 I filed my husband's 130/485/765 at the Chicago Lockbox. We have received receipts from the NBC for the 130/485. However, the 765 came back to us yesterday because I accidentally grabbed the application that I had filled out for his DACA renewal and it had category c33 instead of c9. When I initially sent the 765, we had sent 6 passport photos for my husband's 3 applications as well as all of the necessary evidence. However, when they rejected his 765 due to the category, they did not send any of the evidence documents or photos back with it. Should I be re-copying everything I sent the first time and taking new photos or will they be able to connect the dots since I'm including our receipt for the 485? Help!!! (His current EAD is up on 10/5/17 so we are scrambling here.)
