biometric appt delayed
Hi. It's been like 1 month and 5 days since I filed form i-90 to renew my green card and didn't get my biometric appointment yet. I called uscis and they made a service request. When I check my case online it says:
"On May 2, 2016, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number T1E YYYY YYYY YYYY X, was assigned to an officer for response."
Can anybody explain to me what does this mean and when will I get my bio appt thank you? Thank you
