I read it on the website that Kids below the age of 14 do not need Biometrics. We did not pay for $85 Biometrics fee. We only paid $1675 for i130 and i485 . My husband is petitioning for my son and we just recieved a notice for Biometrics. My son is just 8 years and I am confused . Did they make a mistake or rules changed ?
