Im a silent reader, today I share my experience. In the morning I called uscis and after 36 minutes waiting on line they told me that ASC will resume on June 22.
My time line:
02/18/2020 send I 485, I 765 and I 131 for my daughter and myself under Cuban Adjustment Act
02/24/2020 USCIS registered our cases
03/12/2020 we received our I797
03/13/2020 they scheduled our biometrics at 03/26 and then cancelled due to COVID
Uscis reschedules the biometrics to 04/03 and then cancelled too
04/16 RFIE for the two I485 claiming the new form
04/ 21 we send the response
04/ 23 uscis updates our status to response received
NBC office
I’m pretty sure that USCIs it’s righ now rescheduling to open on June 22.
