Adjustment of Status - I-485

So I just called USCIS and got connected to a call rep. I confirmed my details as usual. She was so courteous and helpful. I told her I have submitted my application over 7 months ago but I have not been invited for biometrics yet and that any help she could render would be appreciated. I requested to speak with a tier 2 officer but she insisted on helping me. She kept me on hold for a while and all of a sudden, I got an email with biometrics appointment. I told her about the email and she said no problem, that she was touched by my story. I thanked her and ended the call.
I quickly sent the biometrics notification from my email to the printer to have a physical copy to take to the appointment. As I was approaching the printer to pick up the notification, my wife hit me in the leg and I woke up. It was then I realized I had been dreaming.
