Hi all, I have an interesting situation. PD is 05/04/20 and ASC is Manhattan.
After months of waiting for my biometrics and lots of conflicting information from USCIS, I reached out to my congresswoman on Nov 9th. On Nov 18th (yesterday), she sent me USCIS' response and it stated that I have been scheduled for biometrics on Dec 9th (even provided me with a time). But today I asked a tier 1 agent on live chat to check if I have been scheduled for biometrics and she said I have not.
I am eagerly waiting for the mail but nothing in informed delivery today. I am wondering if this has ever happened to anyone? I am more inclined to believe my congresswoman than the tier 1 agent but I am so exhausted and frustrated and negative about this whole process that I am now doubting I have been scheduled.
