Hi everyone,
Just received my notice for bio appointment from my lawyer and although I live in Sarasota Florida, my appointment is assigned to Brooklyn NY where my lawyer resides (as I thought we will will changing addresses we gave him power of authority to collect our NOA and inform us but our residential address mentioned clearly as Sarasota Florida in the forms)
My lawyer says go to your closest local application center which is 1 hour away and explain the situation and they should accept it.
What shall I do? I don't want to reschedule not to lose time and I don't know if they will accept that. Since we have a baby it is not easy to drive 2 hours just to ask that as well. Can I have your urgent comments please?
