I have my H1B VISA appointment on the 2nd of Nov in Delhi. I am currently working in the US and my planned date of arrival is on the 1st Nov. Unfortunately the only date for OFC - finger printing I could get was on the October 18th and there is no way I can be in Delhi since I am currently in the US. Is there anyway I can reschedule the OFC fingerprinting ? Or if I can get a better dates for the VISA appointment so that the fingerprinting can be rescheduled between 2nd of November and the 24th of November in Delhi. I have been in a different status , on F1 visa and been in an out of US a lot of times. They have a record of my fingerprints. Do I have to take the finger printing again? Please help!
