Bond money
Hey guys a few years ago I was detained by ICE and released after paying a bond. I was in removal proceedings and currently adjusting status through my us citizen spouse (pending I-485). I had to terminate my case with immigration in order to proceed with uscis. Judge approved my termination and I'm wondering if that's sufficient for me to get the bond money back, if so, what would I need to do? or would I have to wait until I have my green card in hand?
