here are the stuff i am taking with me
mind you i was on F1 since 2011 , got married in 2014 , applied for i130 in dec 2014, approved i130 in March 2015, graduated in 2015 using OPT to work since then. applied for i485 dec 22nd 2016.
- copy of these applications i sent (i485, i693, the affidavits)
- marriage license original and copy
- copy of my approved i130
- transcripts of tax return, joint for ours and the person sponsoring me, for the last 4 years (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016)
-copy of me and wife driver license and passports
-copy of my old and new OPT cards
- original and copy of both our birth certificates , translated and notarized
- my criminal record original, and copy, translated as well and notarized
- utility bills (phone, electric and Internet)
- Bank statement for last 3 months
- Car insurance and ownership under both our names
- life, health, dental and vision insurance for both of us
- work benefit with wife as dependent
- my employment verification letter from my employer
- both of us paychecks for the last
- 2 photo albums (friends and vacation album and wedding album) 500 pics in total
- new lease of the apartment under both our names starting june 1st and copy of lease that ends May 31st
- copy of our rent checks receipts.
- furniture and electronics purchasing under both our names
i think i am well armed for tomorrow,
