Hey guys,
Anyone has any updates on processing time for Boston office for marriage based GC? I posted here a while ago and the post has since been buried.
My PD is July 27th 2015
Received EAD Oct 5th 2015
I485 status says 'we've received fingerprint fee'
i130 says 'we've received your documents'
Checking processing time on USCIS web site, as of Nov 30th 2015, they are processing Apr 25, 2015 applications.
No other updates. I was wondering if folks here have any updates? I came across a few who applied after me and got their interview conducted and a few who applied before me and are in the same boat as me. MY lawyer told me (before applying) that the process should take 3-4 months and in many cases the interview would be conducted and case approved even before EAD is approved. Clearly that wasn't the case. So i'm just trying to get a sense of timeline experienced by other people.
