Boyfriends B2 visa denied
Hello I am seeking help on behalf of my boyfriend.
He is a UK resident and had his b2 visa denied today with 214(b) being the reason. This was his second time applying, with the first time being in 2015 and he has had a few changes since then. So we recently reapplied so that he can see me graduate from college in May. He has his own apartment and has been at his job for 4 years as supervisor in the construction field.
I am a U.S. citizen and have been traveling to the UK since 2015 to see him and all we want is for him to come here to see me graduate and for him to finally meet my family. We also share a child who is 3 years old.
What more can we do to make sure he gets approved? I thought he had enough evidence to prove he will absolutely go back to the U.K. as we have no intention of even setting down in the USA but the agent didn’t even bother to look at his documents.
Please can someone respond? Feeing extremely down and not sure how to move forward from here.
