Hi guys, so last week I went to the DMV to get my drivers license. Today I got my DL but at the corner it says FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY. Is this normal? I checked what it means and it says its only for undocumented immigrants. I dont know if DMV Made the mistake or its because im not a resident yet.
