This is my timeline -
PD: 04/04/2017 - MSC: AOS/EAD/AP
BIO: 05/01/2017
90 day on 07/03/2017
SR: 07/12/2017 for i765.
SR: 07/20/2017 - i765 DOB updated. Latest update.
No RFE.
I called the USCIS today to speak to someone. I called the NSCS, and did the 1,2,1 (*provide Receipt numbe),3 to speak to a rep. They provided a badge or id number I think and I asked her what was the reason on the DOB update and whats going on with the process. She said that it is still in review, no other information is needed right now and that the DOB for the processing time SR is there.
I asked why the DOB was updated as we went over my info and she said it makes sense and there is no typo so she is not sure. She said she has more access to see what is going on with the case and all she could say is it is in review and no other info required right now. Oh well. Checking with lawyer if we can expedite as its day 112.
